Ingredients:  Fresh tilapia fillets, lemon grass, serrano pepper, garlic, shallot, lime zest, olive oil, cilantro, ginger, coriander, cumin, coconut milk, basil, mint, lime juice, vermicelli rice noodles, bok choi, salt

Heating Instructions

Microwave:

The meal is in a microwave safe container. Simply remove the lid, leave it on top of the container allowing room for steam to escape and heat it up for 2-3 minutes, depending on the oven.  

Pro-tip: This method will prevent your food from drying upCompletely remove the lid of your meal. Wet a paper towel, squeeze most of the water out over the sink, then place the paper towel on top of your meal, covering it completely. Put the container in the microwave and heat it up for 2-3 minutes. The wet paper towel will steam, be careful when handling the container out of the microwave.  

Conventional oven:

Remove the food from the container and place it in an oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 350º F for 10-15 minutes.
