Chili con carne
Warm up with a bowl of our famous chili carne! We make it full of bold flavour, but easy on the hotness level. Served with homemade gluten free corn bread
Ingredients: ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, celery, carrot, corn kernels, black beans, navy beans, chickpeas, salt. Bread: corn flour, gluten free flour blend (chickpea, white bean, brown rice, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), egg, butter, dairy free milk

Transfer the chili from the container to a sauce pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Bring it to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Serve on a bowl.
Cut the corn bread in half, and toast it in a conventional toaster. Dip it in chily con carne and enjoy.
The meal is in a microwave safe container. Simply remove the lid, leave it on top of the container allowing room for steam to escape and heat it up for 2-3 minutes, depending on the oven.
Pro-tip: This method will prevent your food from drying up. Completely remove the lid of your meal. Wet a paper towel, squeeze most of the water out over the sink, then put the paper towel on top of your meal, covering it completely. Put the container in the microwave and heat it up for 2-3 minutes. The wet paper towel will steam, be careful when handling the container out of the microwave.
Remove the food from the container and place it in an oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 350º F for 10-15 minutes.
