Did anyone say fiesta? Every week-night can be a taco night with our fun chicken fajita, served with flour tortillas on the side, black beans and rice, and pico de gallo. Some assembling required.

Vegan: Portobello mushroom, bell pepper, and onion fajitas instead of chicken

 

Ingredients: Chicken breast/portobello mushroom, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, black beans, long grain rice, tomato, salt, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin powder, garlic powder, celery powder, paprika

Heating Instructions

Microwave:
The meal is in a microwave safe container. Simply remove the lid, leave it on top of the container allowing room for steam to escape and heat it up for 2-3 minutes, depending on the oven.  

Pro-tip: This method will prevent your food from drying upCompletely remove the lid of your meal. Wet a paper towel, squeeze most of the water out over the sink, then place the paper towel on top of your meal, covering it completely. Put the container in the microwave and heat it up for 2-3 minutes. The wet paper towel will steam, be careful when handling the container out of the microwave.  

Conventional oven:
Remove the food from the container and place it in an oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 350º F for 10-15 minutes.
