Chicken Fajita Tacos
Did anyone say fiesta? Every week-night can be a taco night with our fun chicken fajita, served with flour tortillas on the side, black beans and rice, and pico de gallo. Some assembling required.
Vegan: Portobello mushroom, bell pepper, and onion fajitas instead of chicken

Pro-tip: This method will prevent your food from drying up. Completely remove the lid of your meal. Wet a paper towel, squeeze most of the water out over the sink, then place the paper towel on top of your meal, covering it completely.
